Dreaming Arcadia

Haven’t heard from the job position but alas, if I didn’t get it…I still get raises up to 17 an hour and I’m already at 16 an hour at my job; so there isn’t too bad of a thing for me. A few things occurred in the last few days like my mother in law’s birthday and while I think they hate and maybe just tolerate me because of my mental illness, and that my husband Jose won’t ever divorce me—–It’s been 18 years together, and married 12 years; it isn’t happening. So they are stuck with me for better or for worse and it’s definitely for worse!

Then earlier today, had my EGD and colonoscopy and guess what? Ulcer. I have an ulcer. Ulcer in my stomach connecting to my esophagus, which sometimes happens with bariatric patients. Don’t know why but it can happen and did randomly to me. I tried to avoid something like this but sometimes it can’t be helped. I’m lucky that they did the EGD to confirm and will be sending medication to help with it.

Me today awaiting the proceduresIt went smoothly and I woke up thirty minutes later all right though woozy, but my wonderful patient and loving husband Jose was with me the entire time and took care of me throughout it all. I’m blessed to have and love him so tenderly and so much ardently. I even gasped when I realized that I lost a lot of weight——-

Starting weight was 221 lbs lost over 114.30 lbs total
